The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has issued a strong public disclaimer disowning Mr. Okey Ezeala, warning that he is not an official or representative of the party despite claims that he serves as Deputy National Publicity Secretary. The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Osa Director Esq., signed the statement, accusing Ezeala of impersonation and fraudulent activities. The NDC emphasized that Ezeala was never elected or appointed to any position within the party, including the National Executive Committee (NEC) or the National Working Committee (NWC). This clarification comes amid growing concerns over his unauthorized actions and false representations.
The NDC stated that it has received multiple complaints from members and the public alleging that Ezeala has been falsely presenting himself as a party official.
