The police also confirmed that one military personnel attached to the gun truck died in the accident. All bodies have been moved to the Specialist Hospital in Yola for proper identification and documentation.

The Commissioner of Police in Adamawa State expressed deep condolences to the families of the deceased, the Nigerian Armed Forces, and the NYSC, urging all road users to exercise caution and adhere to traffic regulations.
