Dr Kazeem Adesina Abidikugu has been declared the winner of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) House of Representatives primary election for the Ibadan North East/Ibadan South East Federal Constituency in Oyo State, marking a significant step in the party’s preparations for the 2027 general elections. The primary election, held across all wards in the two local government areas that constitute the federal constituency, concluded with the official announcement of results on Saturday night.
