Leading the pack is Agbara Nla: The Return, a faith-based film that reimagines the 1993 Mount Zion Film Ministries classic for modern audiences. The movie delves into spiritual battles, family legacy, and redemption, exploring how unseen forces impact contemporary Nigerian households. Mike Bamiloye stars as Isawuru and also serves as writer, while his children Damilola Mike-Bamiloye and Joshua “JayMikee” Bamiloye share directing duties. Akinyoola “Kamo State” Ayoola leads the cast alongside Ibrahim Chatta, Abiola Adebayo, Lateef Adedimeji, Kayode Jnr, Ojuolape, and Peller. Kamo State wrote and produced the film under Kamo State Productions, with Kayode Kasum at the helm as director.
On the suspenseful side, No Fury arrives on 23 October with a psychological thriller about betrayal and revenge. Jim Iyke and Nse Ikpe-Etim star as a couple whose relationship unravels after secrets come to light, pushing their loyalties to the breaking point.
