Toyin Amuzu, a prominent chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State and the party’s candidate for the House of Representatives in Abeokuta South Federal Constituency, has publicly endorsed Oladipupo Adebutu as the party’s governorship candidate for the 2027 election, describing him as a credible, competent, and integrity-driven leader. Amuzu emphasized that Adebutu’s extensive experience and proven commitment to public service make him the ideal choice to lead Ogun State during this critical period. The endorsement comes after Adebutu emerged as the PDP’s gubernatorial flagbearer on Sunday, following a party primary that solidified his position as the party’s standard-bearer.
Amuzu highlighted Adebutu’s long-standing dedication to the welfare of Ogun residents, noting his accessibility and deep understanding of governance as key strengths.
