Engineer Salihu Yakubu Danladi, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship flag bearer for Kwara State, has pledged to build on the achievements of outgoing Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq if elected, following his victory at the party’s primary election held on Friday. The Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly described his win as a collective success for all APC members and aspirants in the state, emphasizing unity and continuity in governance.
In a statement to journalists shortly after being declared the winner, Danladi expressed gratitude to God and to the people of Kwara, particularly those in Kwara North, for their support. He stressed that in APC, there are no losers, only winners, and that the party remains united under one banner.
